installing XI r2

Hello,

i installed XI r2 from BOE.

i dont see CMC, Infoview and few other things in the components , in infoview -new-web intelligence (i dont see web intelligence).

in navigating infoview in all types drop down i dont see web intelligence document and probably even few few others.

My question: do i need to install any service packs? i dont see more than sp2 in my BOE.
