SAP BW data source duplicate records-0fi_gl_10

Hello Friends,

env -7.4(bw)

I see imbalances for faglflext and 0fi_gl_10 DSO for a month

On investigating the cause i see duplicate records for a combination of company,account, profit center and Trading partner for a particular time period in totals PSA of 0fi_gl_10 data source

i see that the data package and data record number is different for these 2 records. rest all the data is same. All the fields are a part of the DSO key. there is small start routine to fill up an empty dimension.

if these 2 records gets fed to DSO, i would assume that would overwrite and we will get one value, but in the DSO, we are getting double the values. DSO keys are set to overwrite.

so the faglflext and the total dso for that combination is doubling up

PSA has double data for some combinations. I have corrected with a full repair as a temporary fix.

What would be your suggestions going forward as a long term solution.

Hi,

Please check in your PSA whether you have the double line. 0FI_GL_10 can sometimes bring in wrong data which should be corrected by repair full load for the profitcenter, fispecr combination.
