2. The total market is divided into different territories based on the Product groups.

3. Each sales employee can belong to either one territory or multiple territories.

Hi,

If the company as many territories you can assign sales office to that then you can assign Sales employee to Sales offices.

Hi Gopi,

Thanks for your answer, What i Understand is Sales Office is a Physical location of a Sales Branch,

We have only one sales office and the whole region is divided into multple territories.

How can this Territory be a sales office ? and assuming if we map each territory as a sales office , how can i assign multiple sales offices ( Territories) to a single sales employee.

In SAP there is only one sales office field right and i can give only one value at a time.

Thanks,

Hi,

1. As per standard SAP you can assign a sales employee to mulitple sales offices.

2. Check in Tcode VEP1

3. If you are going to use one sales office and multiple territories then make use of Sales district and Region in Customer Master.

4. Create a Z table and have a combination Sales employee, Sales district and Sales office and encode in SAPMV45Z.

5. Tell the ABAPer to code that while entering sales order if employee enter in Partner tabVBPA table it should automatically popup assigned sales districts to sales employee then once you select relevant sales district it overwrites copied sales district from customer master.
