Complaints--Related Actions...

Hello All,

I have a basic question on complaints(Transaction type CRMC) in service process.The documentation states that Credit Memo,Debit Memo,Return processing,substitute delivery can be created using Actions as sub items.

Can anyone please confirm me if there is standard one action profile which can create Credit Memo,Debit Memo,Return processing,substitute delivery or multiple action profiles.

I am also struggling with the similar kind of confusion. Kindly let me also know that, how can we process Credit Memo and Debit Memo from CRM Complaints?
