Hi,
While issue to a project, first we have to transfer normal UR stock to project stock, then using, 281Q, we are issuing for a project. Is it any other way to do it in a single transaction to issue from ur stock to project?

Have you tried just a plain 281 movement type to network from warehouse (unrestricted)?
