ALV Set table first display

Dear all,

I need to show an alv list but you should not mark all records, some records should be shown but not marked, I can do it with set_selected_rows but the user can change it.

Can it be that the mark button works like a checkbox no input, so the mark button is shown but not possible to mark ?
