Footer at end of last page

Hi ppl,

I have a requirement in smartform where I need to print the footer at the bottom of the last page.

I am able to print it once the MAIN window ends. But, I need to print it right at the bottom of the last page.

Please let me know how can this be achieved.

Hi:

Create a footer window -> go to conditions tab -> check Only After End of Main Window

Create a paragraph format in smart styles with Right alignment and assing to the text node which display the Footer text.

Create the secondary window jus below the main window within the secondary window create the text node for the text that you want to display as per your requirement...

In the condition tab check the check only after the end of main window.

Hello,

Don't consider main window footer, as it prints after the main window. Instead what ever data you need to print, put the data in a new window and keep the co-ordinates at the bottom of the last page, if you have specifically defined a last page.

Or else if your page is re-cursive, keep the condition to the new footer window, to print only in the last page.

hi,

- make a new window. Gave it the name footer.

- Place this new window it just below the main window.

- Fill it with your data

- In this new window you will have to put the condition like END OF MAIN WINDOW to take care that it only is printed at the last page.

You also can use for this the condition &SFSY-PAGE& = &SFSY-FORMPAGES&

Hi

If you want to display the footer at end of the main window contents,

You create a footer window -> go to conditions tab -> check Only After End of Main Window and then save and activate.

Try this, and check it. I think It will solve your problem.

Note: Not set the condition for the Main window footer. It will not effect, you can create a separate footer window and then set this condition.

Dear Dawood,

How about making a new window with the required footer and specifying in the conditions that it should only be printed on the last page (&SFSY-PAGE& = &SFSY-FORMPAGES& )?

I think this is the easiest solution.
