I have facing problem while i copy data from 300 (production server) to 110 (development server) it takes by default production server storage category only....so when i try to open any file in 110 client its always checkout... So kindly suggest me any solution.

By client copy we get same data in production server and as well as in development server also....but one prob is there while copying all configuration also copy from 300 to 110 (i.e production to development) storage category also change so when we do client copy in development sever from production the file get check out because it takes storage category of production server..
I think what you are looking for is a logical content repository.In SAP you can assign a logical content repository to your storage category. Defining the logical content repository you can use the system id of your SAP system as part of the content repository name e.g. your logical content rep has the name Z_XY, the name of your content rep ist Z_<SYSID>_XY. On the content server you must define two different content rep's, one for your productionssystem with the name Z_300_XY and for your development systen Z_110_XY.
