delete the SES

PO is under hold, user created service entry sheet (SES), but not released.

but now he wants delete the SES, system says PO in incomplete(parked)

how can we delete any other option avl?

Hi,

If you dont want to accept PO and still you want to cancell SES then check message if you can conver it to warning mesage

How system will allow you create SES in case hold PO?

user created , but when am simulating the same scenario i could not do it?

system message was at the time of creation of SES it self "PO incomplete (parked)"

HI,

It can be in this way ,the user Might have created the service Entry sheet and later went to edit the PO,made so incompleteness in the PO and then kept the PO in HOld.( which can be done at any time in PO)

Check the changes made against line items in the PO and the service entry creation date.

also creation of the service entry is just giving a number against a po,which can be done if you evendont have a service line.

so know for you PO,first you have to EDIT your PO errors ..get rid of the same and do the respective changes in SES.
