Linking Action profile with transaction type Category

Hi Friends,

We have below requirement.....

I have created two categories like SIMPLE & COMPLEX.

Case 1:

If i choose the category "SIMPLE" in while creating change request (SDCR) in t.code CRMD_ORDER, i need to execute set of actions like A1, A2 & A3 (maintained thro action profile).

Case 2:

If i choose the category "COMPLEX" in while creating change request (SDCR) in t.code CRMD_ORDER, i need to execute set of actions like B1, B2 & B3 (maintained thro action profile).

How to control this action profile details by changing the "Category"?

Any work around will be very much appreciated.

Hi senthil,

u can Trigger the actions based on the Category by defining a condition for the same ,Category object may not be availble when u try to create a condition ,u can add the Category object first in SWo1 and then create conditions that if the Category is "complex" trigger action 1 and so on

hi,

you can keep all actions in the same action profile

need to play on the conditions that will trigger the set of actions A or the set of actions B

what do you refer as transaction type category : activity category ? or something else ?

depending if the field is available in the condition parameter in transaction SPPFCADM you will have different solutions
