par file to read values from BAPI

Hi All,

I had a requirement that, my PAR file need to get values from BAPI. So can anybody please give me some links or step by step procedure on how to do this. I know that this can be achieved through JCO API or JCA API, but i could not find any step by step procedure explained in any document on SDN. So please help me out.
