normally for production systems, deletion of spools is not advised, however in case of emergency, you can go for deletion. apart from standart jobs that must run, adjust the following too.

Note 48284 - System can no longer create spool requests

You should periodically delete old spool requests from the database by scheduling report RSPO0041 for background processing. The report deletes old spool requests according to the criteria you specify. It also maintains the TemSe temporary sequential object database, deleting any orphaned or corrupted spool data accumulated

Hi Jan,

In addition to what has already been advised, you can go through the below notes which may help.

16513 - File system is full - what do I do?

20176 - Where is the spool request saved?

48284 - System can no longer create spool requests

If you are getting dump SPOOL_INTERNAL_ERROR - follow sap note 48284.

Regards,

Debasis.

Looks like lot of activity going on in your system. Also , make sure standard job RSPO1041 is running correctly with correct variant .

Thanks!
