Dear all,

we check confirmation of order in CO14

i want to know through which which t-code confirmation is carried out

mean to ask whether by CO11N or by CO15

how to achive the above

Hi

Co15 -- we can use for the conformation at the header level

CO11N --- we will use this for confirmation at operation level

i know CO15 is header level confirmation &

CO11N is operation level confirmation &

we check confirmation status in CO14 (fine)

i want to know by which t-code the confirmation was carried out

either by CO11N or by CO15 (how to know this)

Hi Kumar,

In Production Order.

Select any confirmed operation.

Then go to status ikon(Blue Ikon)

Then select Status CNF or PCNG and press Choose Tab.

You will find Transection details (Single screen entry or whatever it is)

Object               ACT 1000000167 0020  Q.A Precomm. Checks For RM Dispensing
System status        CNF  Confirmed


 Action   Date       Time     User         Transaction

 Active   15.05.2007 13:31:00 INFPROD2     Single Screen Entry of Confirmations

First tell Did u try the T- code

Co15 ..

U first try and then see first u be clear with your questions and keep in mind the when u reply to others .

Hi Kumar,

If you do comfirmation with co11n. Then go and check the display co14, you will be able to see all the activities. But if you do with co15 then you will not be able to see the all the activities in display mode.

That's the one way ho you can check.

upto third step i have performed, but fourth i could'nt ie

as i told u before also i know CO15 is for order level confirmation (for doing confirmation)

Dear Kumar,

go to co03 and click on status button u will get the list fo stuats for orders( till here u know)

after that u click on CNF stuats and go to extras--chnage document- for status,

u will get the single screen entry coforirmation and user name and action

Hi,

Please check the FI document header that has generated with the goods movement material document of the confirmation.In fi document header data you will find the tcode.(BKPF table).
