document series

Hi All,

I have maintained seperate document series for purchase order depending on name of employee of purchase dept., If a person who is supposed to take up the series for ex., 001 to 100, he should not change the user and select the document series. That field should be visible but it should not be active . Can anybody tell me the solution.
