ShC follow-on documents

Hi experts

into ShC item details, Follow-on documents tab, into Java window i can see only the ShC number with its status. I'd like to know what is the way in order to see also the related document into the same window.

This ShC has a Purchase Requistion and Purchase Order.

the follow-on document history should appear automatically.

Could you please describe the status of the SC what you see in the transaction BBP_PD?

Hi Andrea,

if the follow-on documents were created indeed, please execute the report Z_SC_STATUS_CHECK_3 as in the note 729967 described.

This will update the relations, and the follow-on documents will be shown.

i've done as you suggested me, and now there's is a relationship beetween ShC and Purchase Requisition. Is it normal that there is not also the relastionship beetween PR and Purchase Order?

Obiouvsly after the PR into back-end a PO has been created.

Hi Andrea,

of course (if there are no bigger changes in the PR after the replication) the PO should be also updated in the SC history.

This depends on the report BBP_GET_STATUS_2.

I guess you are on SRM 5.0. In this case please implement the notes 134786, 1164063, 1152412, 1164063, 1252011, 1320029, 1321479, 1322328 into the SRM system, and the notes 1123548, 1251224, 1305603, 1320044 into the backend system.
