Asset Depreciation Key Configuration

Hi Asset Gurus,

How can I configure a depreciation key to calculation depreciation as follows:

Yr1=40%,

Yr2=20%,

Yr3=20%,

Yr4= 20%

irrespective of the month, it was capitalised. It must calculate 40% of the deprecition.

Please help.
