A user friendly way to start manual workflow instances

We are using SAP B1 9.3 PL04 and trying to implement a few workflows. The workflow engine and the SAP initiation works if you open up the Administration->Workflow->Workflow Instances window, choose the template and click on the start at the bottom right corner.

However If we ever start using a workflow which must be started by the user (for example, the user must start with creating an Order, then a if needed, a Purchase order -> would make our life easier, because a script could check the stock between the steps), we would like to allow the users to start these sessions as quickly as possible, without clicking through all the workflow-instance menus. Is there such a way? (I checked the SDK help for clues, but I could not find any method which could start a workflow)

Hi ,

I am not very sure about how workflow in B1 work but don't you have some kind of event mechanism where you can link the change of the business object events to workflow?
