BBP_VENDOR_SYNC program issue

Hi All,

We are executing the vendor Syncronization program(BBP_VENDOR_SYNC) in the SRM system.

The program works fine in some cases and updates the data properly in the table BUT000 for those vendors.But in case of some vendors in production system we are not able to see the updations nor can we see the same through the log generated through tcode SLG1.

I have checked the code of the program and the code seems to be working fine.

The program works perfectly fine in the test system.We are facing the problem only in production system.Can it be code issue or a configurational issue.??

BBP_Vdsync_cust -table

bbp_newvd_log table may give information what data recently updated .check it up.

Hi

I had the same problem before. Please check the SLG1 stauts for this program, and see the status. I think the vendor data in the backend system huge because of that it is happening. I think i systgem is giving the short dump while running the vendor update program. Please check the status and every thing.

I think there is an SAP note of this. Please check.

but then i have checked the SLG1 log...it isnt showing the entires to be updated...

can u explain what di need to check exaclty..and m not getting any dump as wel..

can you tell me the note number in case there is any??
