HREIC transation for EIC not displaying any thing except toolbar

Hi All

Can any one provide me the solution for the following:

When I execute HREIC transation code it is leading to IC Webclient but I can see only one tool bar at the top but could not see any applications in the IC webclient page.

Can any one let me know how can I get all applications and required fields on IC webclient page? (fieldslike status, priority, channel etc) Currently I can see tebs of scrtch pad, accept, reject,hold,end & dialpad. No other things its completely blank rest of the page.

Is any configuration required or what settings are to be done? or we are missing software prerequisite ?

Hi Abhay,

The out of the box HREIC should not display like this. Sounds like you must have the SICF services turned on though, or you would not even get that far.

I saw something similar before (the toolbar loaded in one window, and the rest of the framework loaded in another) and resolved it by changing my browser security settings and updating my JRE to the version recommended by SAP.

If I recall, I added the host name to my Intranet zone, and enabled cross frame scripting.

Hi Glenn,

Thanks a lot for quick reply . I checked out JRE version , and it is 1.4.2_17 on my PC. I dont know how

does it affect agent inbox. Can you please clarify browser security settings also let me know if this JRE version is enough for EIC to work.

Hi Abhay,

That version should be fine - I have 1.4.2_19. Check the following on your browser:

1. Popup blocker turned off

2. Add the host name of your SAP ECC system to your "local intranet zone" (go to browser properties, security, click local intranet, click "sites" then "advanced" (if IE7) and add the full host name and domain for the ECC system that runs EIC

See if that helps. If not, I can give you a list of my full settings in this zone.

Also, what enhancement pack are you on for ECC 6.0? If you are running with an EHP, be sure the SICF bsp services hreic_vp, hreic_rt_rep_vp are turned on.
