HREIC transation for EIC not displaying any thing except toolbar

Hi All

Can any one provide me the solution for the following:

When I execute HREIC transation code it is leading to IC Webclient but I can see only one tool bar at the top but could not see any applications in the IC webclient page.

Can any one let me know how can I get all applications and required fields on IC webclient page? (fieldslike status, priority, channel etc) Currently I can see tebs of scrtch pad, accept, reject,hold,end & dialpad. No other things its completely blank rest of the page.

Is any configuration required or what settings are to be done? or we are missing software prerequisite ?
