performence issue

Hi Experts,

I am having user in NWDI and when I try do any operations like ( checkin,activate,release,imports etc) are taking hell lot of time to complete the task.

If the same taks are done by user "NWDI_CMSADM" are completing very fast. Do we have any settings make it fast and what are they ?
