To create a new pricing requirement

Dear friends,

I have a requirement where during my pricing .The value of a particular condition type is to be detrmined if certain requirements are met.How should i create a new requirement for pricing.When i tried in T.Code:VOFM i dont have the opion of entering the new requirement no and enter the code .How should i create a new requirement no.Kindly help.
