Finding of deleted material from the order

Hi guys,

I have a small query, i have an order with some 20 material, some body has delted those matierial from the order. I want to find who has delted those materials from the order. I know we can find them through action log and changes from order header (extras > order documents> changes, action log) but there was no data regarding this material deletion. I want to know if any option (execpt action log and changes) is there to find the person number or name, who has deleted the material. plz let me know if anybody can help in this regard.

Dear,

When you will activate that indiactor's, system considers activation from that time only.

I think you will not get earlier change document record.

Try at your end & check.

Dear Bhanu,

You can get it through CN60 transaction.

Before running the transaction you must ensure in OPUV transaction following check boxes must Tick.

Change Document

OrdStatChangeDC

OpStatChangeDC

MatStatChangeDC:

Indicator: Status change document active for materials

Indicator which specifies that every change in the status of a material component is to be recorded in a document.

The document records

which status changed

who changed the status

when the status changed

First of all thanks for your valuable answer. As per your suggestions i have checked in OPUV, but i found that, nothing is checked/ticked, just tell us if we check the boxes now, will it be effected for old orders or only for new orders which we generate newly.

U can get it using change documents (CN60) but u should have activated change documents in OPUV..
