hi

all

i am executing breakdown analysis repot

it says no data exist report

though i ahve made tick in m2 and have breakdown hours for that equipment

what need to be done to get this standard

report

You Have to Create Min Two Notification with Breakdown tick button & Breakdown duartion entered.

Dear Kalyani..

Please Maintained Start up date in Equipment Master data..whis s prior to notification date..this s also one of key point to drive Break down analysis.

Like what Paul said you need to do configuration to get report from MCI7, Check below path for config

SPRO-->Plant Maintenance and Customer Service->Information Systems for Plant Maintenance and Customer Service--->

Acc to SAP...

Check the break down analysis after creating 3 orders... then u will be able to find out the actual breakdown for the equipment...

since with one breakdown u cannot get breakdown...

What report are you using?

Transaction MCJC generates a report directly from the notification data. Transaction MCI7 uses PM-IS data (info structure S070) - is this structure being updated?
