Error While Creating a Characteristics inCT04

Hi Guru's,

I have created a characteristic VC_Color in CT04 and enter the relevant values and tried to save the characteristic i got an popup as below,

Do You Want to Check Use in Configurations?,

due to this popup i cant able to proceed furhter also system hangs,request to clarify me why this popup has come.
