Message no. FH007 while assigning Alternative account number

Dear Sir,

For our China company code, we have created country chart of

Account SCCN and assigned to the company code . We have defined all

the GL accounts under SCCN.

When we are assigning the country chart of account no. in the

alternative number in FS00, we are getting the error message FH007

Changed not allowed since account balance is not ZERO.

How can we resolve this issue. We want to assign Alternative Account

no. to all the GL accounts of China company code.
