Change in settlement rule afetr creation of AUC

For WBS , a settlement rule is proposed while creation where in AUC get crated while creation of project .

If the WBS is not settled fully , can we change the settlement rule such that ,

AUC may get settled against the Cost center / GL etc. instead Fixed asset .
