satus profile : Process order

Hi Gurus,

Can anyone explain me the way of stopping "Batch Record Archival" when Handling units are not unassigned from process order?

Sometime operator forget to unassign left over Handling unit and QA people does Batch record creation and Batch record archival. After batch record archival Handling unit is not unassigned and returned and HU becomes useless.
