Hi Experts
I have downloaded organization structure from R/3 to CRM, looks good. It has created a structure SALES AREA as root node then , SALES ORGANIZATION, SALES OFFICE and SALES GROUP.
I have one more hierarchial structure with managers reporting to Managing directors, and sales groups reporting to managers etc. which says, who is responsble for whom, who is assigned under whom.
How can I integrate this with my current organization structure?
Any ideas are appreciable.

Do you mean that you also want to load this data from other system or you just need to provide them in CRM manualy. If you want to provide this data manualy then just go to sales group or office and choose Create and then choose Incorporates. This way you will create the function like Manager. For this function you can then say under basic data if this is the Head of unit.
And in the next step you can then assign concrete employee to this function positin by choosing Assign.
