not receiving internet email

Hi All,

I am trying to send background job spool to internet e-mail.

When creating the job i mentioned the user id in (SPOOL LIST RECIPIENT) after the job is completed i am not receiving e-mail (internet) but, i receive it in my SAP - INBOX.

Is there any setting (SCOT or user id) or OSS note for this issue.

Pl. check mentioned user id have External Email id maintained in transaction code SU3

Please make sure the email id is mentioned in user address tab in SU01 for ur user id

Yes email id is mantaied in SU3

Please type the email of user id in the "Spool List Receipent" button press screen instead of SAP user id

this will send to External Email id instead of sap inbox

{But keep in mind the email id typed should be maintained in SU3)

Check in the transaction SCOT, is that email path is active or not.
