not receiving internet email

Hi All,

I am trying to send background job spool to internet e-mail.

When creating the job i mentioned the user id in (SPOOL LIST RECIPIENT) after the job is completed i am not receiving e-mail (internet) but, i receive it in my SAP - INBOX.

Is there any setting (SCOT or user id) or OSS note for this issue.
