Universla Worklist - Approve Reject Leave request in the inbox directly

Hi All,

The standard out of he box leave request approval works as follows

1) employee send a leave request

2) Managers see the task in UWL

3) Manager selects the Leave request and clicks 'process request'.(where he sees the leave request details and can either approve or reject the same)

At my current client the leave policy has changed big time and the maangers would process a lot of leave requests everyday. Hence we would want to be able to approve or reject the leave request directly from the inbox itself like the travel request approval that can be processed directly from the SAP UWL inbox.

Can some one outline what needs to be done to to acheive this funitonality ?
