Problem downloading Packages in SAP MARKETPLACE.


Hi SAP Gurus,

Need your assistance in downloading an Support Package (SP).

When I'm accessing the SP STACK DOWNLOAD, the internet browser that opened in a new separate windows has an error message " Not visible for the logged on user "Not visible for the logged on user ". I already tried using different login, different Internet connection and deleted the cache/cookies of my browser, but still same message appeared.
