Visual Administrator gives IAIK error when running keystore admin

Hi

We have recently set up Visual Administrator on our desktop PCs as per SAP Note 758298 - Offline Installation of J2EE Engine Visual Administrator.

When we try to run Keystore admin we get the following error:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: iaik/security/provider/IAIK

We have already followed the steps in note 758298, with the exception of step 3 - we don't have a adminCFG.properties file??

I searched the SDN forums and there was one person experiencing the same issue, but it was never answered... it did point at the following SAP Help URL though:

- which I have looked at and I wasn't sure about the part about using SDM to apply software, but I checked:

"under Dispatcher -> Libraries -> core_lib in the Visual Administrator. The iaik_jce.jar should be included in the list of loaded jars and not iaik_jce_export.jar"

- this was the case.

So what are we missing/how do we fix this?

Any advice much appreciated.
