hi experts,
i have to added 2 more variables to my exsisting query i did that and saved in one new request.while opening the same query againg it is not alllowing me to change mode it is giving the message like the depent objects are in different package. i have to transport this request if i transport this request is it will cause any problem? is the request will be transported properly
thanks and regards
kiran
Hi,
As said above, check from transport connection in how many requests the dependent objects for this query are distributed in and if those queries consist of objects only pertaining to this request you can consider merging all the requests and transport.
If the other transports have some other irrelavant objects with respect to this query you are trying to transport then just delete the objects of this query and include all the elements in single query and transport, that will solve your issue.
Cheers.
Ray

Collect the report using transport connection - it will display the request against which it is assigned - then release those requests if possible and then collect the query again using transport connection and transport...
