Closed POs in confirmation

Hi All,

We are in SRM 4.0 using extended classic scenario.

We are having some issue with closed POs still being shown in Confim Goods/ services.

For POs in certain plants, "Last Delivery" box will not be set automatically. Even this is not set, POs will get disappeared from Confirm Goods/ Services once all the goods have been confirmed.

But some of the POs are still showing in Coinfirmation screen even after all the goods have been confirmed.

If we manually set the "Last delivery" box in PO, then this PO will get disappeared from confirmation as expected. But due to some contraints we are not supposed to make changes to some of the POs.

I would like to know, why some of the POs are getting disappeared and some are not from confirmation screen, when the "last delivery" box is not set in PO.

What is triggering this apart from that 'last delivery" box.

Hi,

Please check the rpeort BBP_GET_status2 rpeort . how it is updating the docuemnts from MM to SRM as well as SRM to MM.....

check in MBGMCR idoc's in SRM what data getting passed to R/3 system.

I had the same issue before. Please run BBP_GET_STATUS_2 for the shopping . i.e SC that belongs to the PO. then try in the confiramtion screen then this will disappers.
