ATLAS - Authorized Location

Hi,

1. Can somebody explain how to populate the "Authorized Location" filed on custom shipment => organization tab (Authorization Area).

2. I am getting error like below. What could be the issue. This german language is killing me (google transalation is saving). I believe it is loading code. Where to enter this value.
