Need help setting up Paypal CC seting in Webtools

I am getting internal error everytime I process crdit card.

On the credit card gateway setting I have the following fields setup.

Password

vendor code

URL

Test Mode

Partner code

Firewall host : None

Firewall port : 80

The settings you are referring to are on the payflow pro page. The fields on paypal are different.

Test Mode

Select to process test payments. Deselect for real payments.

Method

Indicates whether the transaction will be authorized or charged immediately

API Username

API Login Credential

API Password

API Login Credential

API Signature

API Login Credential

Return URL

The web page to display after the PayPal transaction is complete

Cancel URL

The web page to display when the payment is cancelled in PayPal

Firewall Type

The type of fiewall to connect to when seeking extranet access.

Firewall Port

Connect to this firewall port

Firewall User ID

The User ID to use when logging into the firewall

Firewall Password

New password

Confirm password

Passwords do not match

No password

The password to use when logging into the firewall

Firewall IP Address

Sorry for the confusion.

On my gateway setting I only have PayflowPro option. I do not have PayPal.

This means you do not have SP1 and you do not have PayPal support

Our account with PayPal is PayflowPro and that what is shows on the credit card gateway. What do we need to do to get this to work. Also are you refering SP1 to e-commerce service pack 1?

After Webtool upgrade fixed the issue.

If you are talking about Webtools setting, Yes that is setup correctly unless you are talking about other setting. Also we checked with Paypal and it seems their setting is okay.

Yes I am talking about the payment option in Web tools called PayPal.

It has to be set to use the PayPal gateway, can you confirm this?
