Copy Control Between Quote & Order

Hello I need to copy a custom field value from quote to order...To do that i am trying to implement CRM_COPY_BADI... While implementing when i try to save the implementation it asks for the filter value..When i give any one of the filter value from the F4 help and saves it then it throws an information message saying that the filter value is already used in an implementation and the implementation is not getting activated.

Can any one pls guide me through this....Appreciate your quick responses...
