How to find technical names for Interaction Record field values

we need to find out the source fields information for IC Web Interaction Record. I was asked to prepare one functional specification for a development in Interaction record.

How could we find the source fields and tables information for all fields and Text in Interaction record.

Please help me find out the tables and fields technical names in Interaction record.
