Summary Settlement ( Investment management)

Hi Guys,

If i am using summary settlement in the investment profile, I am not able to use CJIC for the settlement of AUC to FA. What would be the t.code for that?

Pls see below some facts on summary settlement:

Specifies that assets under construction in this asset class are managed without the option of line item final settlement to receiver assets or cost centers. As a result

- There is no connection to Orignal AUC in the capitalized Asset. Therefore, there is no exact

proof of origin for the original postings.

- You can only transfer to one target asset per posting transaction. You have

to enter the amount of the transfer manually

- Only complete transfers or simple partial transfers are possible (in other words, you can only

transfer either prior-year acquisitions or current-year acquisitions in one given posting

transaction).

It has nothing to do with CJIC.It is a report for displaying settlement line items.

As exsplained by Virendra the final settlement will be thru CJ88 or AIBU (If AUC is stand alone and not linked with any project/wbs)

for settlement from AuC to FA you need to create the asset and then set up settlement rule in the WBS accordingly, this can be done in CJ20N

then run settlement CJ88
