Hi,

We have installed the Internet Transaction Server in my system. this is the link.

http://pridev:81/scripts/wgate/webgui/. It works fine &

Logon Screen appears. But ths username & password is not accepted.

If any procedure to Login the system.

Kindly advice & help us.

Hi Senthil,

the contents of the global.srvc and webgui.srvc are in the "services" folder for the ITS instance that you created with URL posted in your first memo. both files can be opened with notepad or any simple editing tool.

Can you confirm that you are getting the correct logon screen for the WEBGUI

service when you do call the URL?

Hi,

R/3 sap User is not logged in ITS. After i entered the user name then

automatically it should appears caps letter.password not accepted.

Have you checked the parameters of the global.srvc and webgui.srvc?

The following parameters should be blank:

~client

~login

~password

~language

Also check the

~appserver

or

~messageserver

details of the global.srvc to make sure you are connecting to the correct R/3

Can the same user - using the same client and password logon when using the SAPGUI connecting to this R/3 Server?

Are any of the logon parameters set in the global.srvc or webgui.srvc for this ITS instance?

The same user is logged on R/3 Server. How can i set parameters in global.srvc

or webgui.srv. kindly give the steps to proceed.
