change log Table Change in Characteristic value

Hi,

I wanted to know in which table does the value changed in a characteristic will be stored.

For example i have a material group class xxxx for this class i have attached characters yyyy and at a later stage this value is replaced with zzzz. is there any change log table for this where i can see the changes.
