Desktop Filter get disabled

Hi Experts,

We are facing the problem in Desktop Filtering. We have two desktops and set filter ID for each Desktop and those filter ids are set in role's filter ID as well and also did the following settings.

System Administrator -> System Configuration -> then select service configuration then you will see the following package

com.sap.portal.navigation.helperservice -> Services -> navigation_events_helper

FilterByDesktopView=true

Set the above value true and restart the service.

It works fine but automatically Desktop filtering stop working. All the roles are visible to both of the desktops.

Could you please advise us.

Hi Experts,

I have used the exactely the all steps as mentioned in the below link. It works fine as well but as I restart the server then filtering stop working. While I checked the all filter id values, everything is alright but not understanding why it is happening.
