Hi,

We have a requirement for fetching BP Allocation monthwise.

We need this in report.

We have already started development based on Function modules like BAPI_BUS2172* and BAPI_BUS2177* etc

We are not getting any progress on that.

Input     Business partner and Start / End Date
Output  Allocation project or Role and work Effort 

We have seen some data in Resource search which gives staffing details for which the webdynpro component is DPR_BUPA_DETAIL But its not what we are looking for ,we need this in excel so Funtion module approach is required

Hello Niranjan,

You may want to have a look at the FM "DPR_API_MY_OBJ_MY_PROJECTS"

This retreives all the projects for which a particular user is responsible. You may need to find the FM which links BP and userid though.

My current stage is

How to retrieve month wise data.

I can get project wise but what i want is BP wise
