Diffrent inventory in system than in books

Hi

At the end of closing period my client found that quantity of his some items originally found in warehouse is different than the system is having.Eg in originally in warehouse it is 100 and in system it is 120.

So how to correct it in the system, so that in system also it changes to 100.
