Hi,
i want to trace a workbook which is been deleted unknowingly.
Can anybody suggest me how to trace a workbook which is deleted?
Thanks in Ad
Hey vasu,
i am not sure this is feasible or not ...
Why cant you do some workaround for achiiving this..
First create a workbook with proper name and check what are all entries it is putting in table RSRWORKBOOK and after that delete the workbook and then cross verify with the table entries.
hope this may solve problem...

Hi Vasu,
You need to check in following SAP tables.
all the information regarding workbooks is available here.
RSRWBINDEX List of binary large objects (Excel workbooks)
RSRWBINDEXT Titles of binary objects (Excel workbooks)
RSRWBSTORE Storage for binary large objects (Excel workbooks)
RSRWBTEMPLATE Assignment of Excel workbooks as personal templates
RSRWORKBOOK u2018Where-used listu2019 for reports in workbooks

Hi Vasu,
Open the Analyzer.Go to Global Settings->Trace and enable the trace.
Delete the workbook and check the entries logged in the trace. This may give you some information about the deleted workbook.
