Hi,
from the Best Practices (CRM Teleservice (C33)) I've seen that it is possible to create copies of a categorization schema in order to have the translation in different languages for it. Otherwise, if I try to do this, a system message alerts me that the new schema OVERLAPS the existent one.
Can anybody help me?
Andrea
Hi,
you shuld perform these steps:
1) create the catalog with the codes, the code groups, the subject profile etc. in the SAP GUI
2) perform the translations with the path Goto --> Translation
3) access the web ui with role IC_MANAGER
4) create a first categorization schema, let suppose, in english, without application area
5) log off
6) access the web UI in the new language (ex. DE)
7) search the categorization schema you've just created
😎 create a new categorization schema as a copy of it
9) assign an application area
10) assign the new labels in DE
11) release it
It should work.
