ME21N error T9 002 "Pass neither date / time nor time stamp" "ME 816"

Hi Experts,

When I'm creating a purchase order from a purchase requisition, I have the following error

"Pass neither date / time nor time stamp" message T9 002.

If you click enter after this message, another message appears "ME 816" "System error (error in method PO_POST)"

And every data seems OK but I can't save te purchase order.

Please, could you tell me something about this error?
