Logo Printing Problem

Hi Friends,

I am facing two problem regarding logo printing on PO SAP script,

1) For specific user logo does not apper on printout.

2) For specific user logo print upside down.

I refer 683605 SAP note for logo print upside down but same printer

can print correct logo for other user login.
