Closing Period Access and Stock Transactions

Hi Experts,

I have a user who does not have "Period Status: Closing Period" access (in General Authorisations) yet the user can still post Stock Transactions for Periods set to "Closing Period"

The Stock Transaction (ie Goods Issue) has an effect on the GL. Is this correct behavior?
