Project Stock Monitoring

Hi ,

In our client we need such scenario that whenever there is a Goods receipt for particular item we have a option of putting the stock as the Project stock i.e user must specify the stock which is Receipt to put in unrestricted or in Project stock.

hi,

make the po with account assignment category Q or P,so when u will make gr against these po, it will treated as project stock.

the movement type at the time of gr will 101 Q.

in that way in report MB51 u can see the project stock by filtering it with 101 Q.

Thanks for the info, but while creating a PO with Account Assignment Category Q it is also asking for the WBS Element . Please tell the procedure for the Creation of such WBS Element.

Also After receiving it, How we can Consume that material. Tell the procedure for that also.

hi,

u can creat WBS element through transaction CJ20N.

u can issue this stock through movement types 261 Q or 281 Q by creating a reservation through MIGO.

here at the time of migo u have to enter the WBS element in where tab in item detail data.
